Circus Records was founded by 2 of DMV's most prominent recording artist, Devin White & Meche Korrect. "Soraya" is the first of a upcoming roster of new Musicians to break into the local music market thru Circus Records. Her first single will debut as apart of the upcoming "Joint Album" project from the label. "Welcome To The Circus" will feature all of the artist signed to the label including Devin White & Meche Korrect themselves. The album 's release is tentatively set for March 28th.
